Returns Policy

ERD Powertrain LLC accepts returns or exchanges (pending availability) of unused and undamaged product in the original packaging for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels are not provided.

Warranty Terms

  1. ERD Powertrain LLC warrants that all Wiring Harnesses shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date the customer is invoiced for the Wiring Harness(es) (“the Warranty Period”). The foregoing warranty shall only be applicable to the Wiring Harness stored, installed, handled, operated, or otherwise used under normal conditions. ERD Powertrain LLC reserves the right to limit any warranty.
  2. All warranties issued are provided by ERD Powertrain LLC. All warranties issued herein are non-transferable without ERD Powertrain LLC's prior written consent.
  3. If during the Warranty Period, a customer wishes to make a claim, the customer shall provide notice using the following method:
  4. Freight and rush fees for goods returned under Warranty Claims shall remain the responsibility of the customer.
  5. ERD Powertrain LLC's obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement, in ERD Powertrain LLC's sole discretion, of any such part/component thereof as ERD Powertrain LLC determines free of charge to our customer. If ERD Powertrain LLC determines that the Wiring Harness cannot be repaired or replaced, after three repair attempts ERD Powertrain LLC shall issue a full refund.
  6. Any warranty claim must be received before the end of the Warranty Period, together with return of the Good within this same period.
  7. Invalidated warranties may be subject to a minimum charge of 350.00.
  8. In no event shall ERD Powertrain LLC be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to ERD Powertrain LLC for the Wiring Harness. Further, ERD Powertrain LLC shall not be liable for any special damages including consequential damages, incidental damages, lost profits, or lost revenue.
  9. Without limitation, ERD Powertrain LLC's warranty shall not apply to items that have failed due to operation exceeding the rated capabilities, misuse or abuse, tampering, improper installation, improper setup or storage, neglect, contaminant damage, water or other fluid damage, acts of God or Nature or by any other cause not within reasonable control and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence is unable to be prevented.
  10. There is No warranty on any ERD Fast USB Charging Cables.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and depending on volume. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons.

International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and accurate.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
